Where my passion for landscapes began. From rugged peaks to golden aspen forests, these photographs capture the changing seasons, varied weather, and diverse terrain that continue to inspire me. After moving to Colorado, I often set out on weekend mornings with no agenda, letting the day unfold as I explored every corner of the state. On other occasions, I would wake at midnight to reach a trailhead by 2:00 am for a carefully planned hike to a remote mountain lake for sunrise. Over time, I grew to love the way transitional moments between seasons, weather systems, and geographies create unique opportunities for photography. Even after moving away, I am continually drawn back to these mountains, valleys, and forests to uncover new perspectives.
